LeEco is said to release a new smartphone in the near future. And according to Antutu, this phone, which appears as LeEco Le 2S X720, has scored more than 150000 points! Let’s have a look!

Antutu is an Android scoring application that is available for free in Google Store. Antutu is the most famous and trustworthy benchmark for Android smartphones. It is able to recognize what phone you are using as well as its CPU, GPU, RAM and storage. Then the application gives score for the performance of your phone. And LeEco Le 2s X720, in this case, scores 150000, a massive number! So let’s see why this new phone of LeEco can reach that high!

According to the information shown by Antutu, LeEco Le 2s X720 will come with a powerful chipset: Snapdragon 821. This chipset is an upgraded version of Snapdragon 820 – one of the best chipset nowadays. The main frequency is increased from 2.15GHz to 2.3GHz.  Other configurations of SND 821 are the same as SND 820, including Kryo quad cores from Qualcomm, Adreno 530 GPU, 14nm FinFET LPP and X12 LTE modem.

Beside such powerful CPU, LeEco Le 2s X720 will  run the latest OS from Android: Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. The device will also arrive with 4GB of RAM and 32GB ROM. However, Antutu has confirmed that there will be a 16MP main camera on the back and an 8MP selfie snapper on the front. On the other hand, there hasn’t been any detail about the expandable storage. The screen of the phone is also a mistery. All we’ve known is that it will be a full HD display.

LeEco Le 2s X720: Price and availability

Up to now, LeEco Le 2s X720 just appears on Antutu with the score and those specs. No further information about LeEco Le 2s X720 price and release date has been confirmed or even revealed by the manufacturer. But I expect that the phone will make an appearance after another rumoured new phone from LeEco – LeEco Le Max 2 Pro is announced in mid September. And the phone may cost no more than RM 1500!
