Meizu Pro 5 to employ Ubuntu, coming to MWC 2016
Lately, a variant of Meizu Pro 5 running on Ubuntu OS has been spotted, promising to attract a a lot of people both inside and outside the country. Meizu can totally expect a rise in their sales this year. Moreover, Pro 5 was so well-known last year thanks to being the champion of the Antutu chart of Q3, 2015, even winning against big flagships like Samsung Galaxy S6. No doubt it sports many powerful features to bring users great experience.
Specifically speaking, it is said when the company was working with Canonical to release a Meizu MX4 powered by Ubuntu OS, there was a picture showing Ubuntu is being activated on Meizu Pro 5. In addition, according to the source, Meizu is very likely to announce up to 2 models: Meizu Pro 5 smartphone and Pro 5 tablet with Ubuntu at MWC 2016 taking place this month. Hopefully apart from the system, the Pro 5 will also have some enhanced or improved specifications.
