Both are full HD resolution with 1080 x 1920 pixels. As a result, the handset of Oppo would provide a better viewing experience than the Plus E. In terms of processors, the R9s Plus is powered by octa-core Snapdragon 653, and the Umi device is powered by 2.3GHz MediaTek Helio 120 chipset.
In order to save data, both phones come with a 6GB RAM along with 64GB of internal storage. They can be expandable up to 256GB via a MicroSD card. For photography, Oppo R9s plus boasts a combination of 16MP in the rear camera and in the front camera. The main camera is equipped with OIS and LED flash, while the snapper has f/2.0 aperture. As curious as we are, Umi Plus E only reveals the main camera with 13MP with PDAF. So, if you want to have higher resolution of the back camera, Oppo shoule be your choice.
Both handsets sports fingerprint sensor. In terms of other specs, it is such an coincidence that the two rivals today pack a decent 4,00mAh battery. Until now, we still not sure whether they will be equipped with fast charging technology or not. About the OS, Oppo R9s Plus runs Android Marshmallow 6.0.1, while Umi Plus E is not unveiled yet.

Oppo R9s Plus was launched in October, and will be released in December. Umi Plus E is not revealed about the official launch date. Regarding the price, the Oppo handset is around $628, and the Umi price is about $270. It is obvious that there is a big gap in price between two smartphones, right?
