Continuing our 10 best 6GB RAM phones list is an UMi product called UMi Plus E (also known as UMi Plus Extreme previously). Spec-wise, it is run by a Helio P20 2.3GHz chip set, Mli-T880 GPU, a 5.5-inch Full HD display (by Sharp), 6GB of LPDDR4 RAM, and 64GB of ROM (expandable up to 128GB). Additionally, UMi Plus E specs contain a massive 4,000mAh cell supporting PE+ Fast Charging tech, a 13MP + 5MP snapper duo, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. Those are all good specifications for a smartphone, rite?! UMi Plus E price is $269.99 if you want to buy it.

7. Nokia P

No. 7 is another Android smartphone from Nokia called Nokia P. Some reports have claimed that it will be joining MWC 2017 in February with some awesome specs like a handy 5.0-inch display (or probably bigger a bit), a Snapdragon 835 chip, 6GB of RAM, and a 23MP main shooter with CarlZeiss lens.
