10 top 6GB RAM phones for October: 4200mAh batt, 16MP selfie
So far we guess there have been about ten 6GB RAM phones already launched and more will come in the next months. Then, what exactly should we look for in October? Check out the following list now!
1. Samsung Galaxy C9
Recently, it has been said that Samsung will release a machine called Samsung Galaxy C9. And you know what, it also appeared on Antutu not long ago and almost drove us crazy because it is probably going to be a 6GB RAM handset. Well, maybe finally Sammy has decided to join the world’s trend.
And also accordingly, other Samsung Galaxy C9 specs will include a Full HD display, 64GB of internal storage, a Snapdragon 652 chip set paired with Adreno 510 GPU, Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS, and a 16MP rear + 16MP front-facing camera combo. Wow, perhaps it’s gonna be the first 6GB RAM selfie-centric smartphone in the market, huh?!
2. Huawei Mate 9
Number 2 is Huawei Mate 9, absolutely the successor to Huawei Mate 8. Lately, a leak on Weibo has claimed Huawei Mate 9 specs will contain a Leica-branded dual cam system on the back. Actually, it’s not a very surprising thing because the company has already released flagships or phones using that kind of snapper since early 2016. But, you may feel excited when knowing its main sensor will probably be capable of 20 megapixels. Apart from that, other Huawei Mate 9 specs can be a Kirin 960 64-bit chipset, a massive 4,000mAh battery, a 5.9-inch Quad HD display, Android 7.0 Nougat OS, 4/6GB of RAM, and 64/128/256GB of ROM. Let’s wait and see!
3. Samsung Galaxy S8
Of course Samsung Galaxy S8 is not going to debut this year, yet a lot of information about this flagship has already been seen everywhere and we would like to share it with you guys. It is said that the device will be powered by a 3.2GHz octa-ore Snapdragon processor, 6GB of RAM coupled with 64/128GB of ROM (expandable), a 5.2-inch 4K Super AMOLED always-on screen, IP68 certification, a 4,200mAh batt, and Android 7.0 Nougat OS. About cameras, a dual sensor capable of 12 megapixels will be on the back while an 8MP single one on the front.
4. Xiaomi Mi Note 2
Though Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is still a mystery to all of us, it’s worth the wait as Xiaomi Mi Note 2 specs will offer 4/6GB RAM and many other strong features such as a 5.7-inch 4K Super AMOLED screen, 3D Touch tech, Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, a Snapdragon 821 processor, and 32/64/128GB of internal memory (but it is non-expandable), according to some reports. About photography, you will have a set of 16MP primary (with f/2.0, OIS, autofocus, and dual LED flash) + 4MP selfie (with f/2.0 and 1080p capability) camera to capture things. And under the hood, a 3,600mAh cell supported by Quick Charge 3.0 will be in charge of fueling the whole machine.
5. LeEco Le Pro 3
LeEco Le Pro 3 price starts at 1,799 Yuan ($270) in China for the 4GB RAM + 32GB ROM model, 1,999 Yuan ($299) for the 6GB + 64GB, 2,499 ($375) for the 4GB + 64GB, and 2,999 Yuan ($450) for the 6GB + 128GB. Some other LeEco Le Pro 3 specs are a 5.5-inch Full HD screen, eUI 5.8 UI based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, a Snapdragon 821 chip set, Dolby Atmos sound tech, a package of 16MP main + 8MP selfie snapper, and a 4,070mAh cell with Quick Charge 3.0. 6. Smartisan T3
This is a Chinese device packing a Snapdragon 820 or 821 chipset, 6GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, a 16MP Sony IMX298 rear-facing + 8MP front cam set, Smartisan OS 3.0 probably based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. At the moment, we still do not have a full sheet of Smartisan T3 specs, but it has been reported to debut on October 18, so let’s wait a bit more!
7. UMI Plus Extreme Edition
Not long ago, the company’s Facebook page announced that UMi Plus Extreme is now available in blue and black in addition to its current color options. Spec-wise, it comes with a Helio P20 chip, 6GB of RAM, a 5.5-inch Full HD display, a 13MP primary shooter, a big 4,000mAh batt with fast charging tech, and Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box. Though, no words have been made for UMI Plus Extreme Edition price. Hopefully it’s gonna cost around $300 or $350.
8. LeEco Le Max 2
Next is another LeEco Le Max 2. It’s not a new handset but you may feel interested when hearing that LeEco Le Max 2 price will be discounted from October 1 to October 6 on LeMall.com. You now will just need to pay Rs. 17,999 or $270 to bring it home. However, please note that it is the amount of money for the 4GB RAM + 32GB ROM version, yet we have a feeling that the 6GB RAM ver will be discounted as well after that. Some LeEco Le Max 2 specs are a 5.7-inch 2K LTPS IPS LCD screen, eUI 5.6 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, a Snapdragon 820 processor, a 21MP + 8MP shooter package, Dolby Atmos technology, and a 3,100mAh battery with Quick Charge 2.0.
9. Vernee Apollo 2
Despite being a rookie in the world of smartphones, we think Vernee has somehow been kind of successful in attracting people thanks to introducing some interesting models like Vernee Apollo and Vernee Thor. And according to some recent reports, they are going to announce another phone called Vernee Apollo 2. It maybe will employ a Snapdragon 830 or a Helio X30 chip under the hood to run the entire handset. Additionally, Vernee Apollo 2 specs are also expected to have a QHD display, 6GB of RAM, a huge batt, and a fantastic shooter set.
10. OnePlus 3
Finally, it’s OnePlus 3 that we would like to talk about. It’s kind of an impressive device to us when being number one in Antutu’s best performance smartphones for many times compared to other flagships. Spec-wise, OP 3 sports a Snapdragon 820 processor, 6GB RAM, 64GB ROM (non-expandable), Oxygen OS based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS, a 5.5-inch Full HD optic AMOLED display, a 3,000mAh battery supported by Dash Charge tech (60% in 30 minutes), and a 16MP rear-facing + 8MP front camera duo.
