Apple iPhone SE 2 to come with A10 Fusion chipset but no headphone 3.5mm jack
The original iPhone SE launched in early 2016, with the model being updated one year later with new storage variants. In recent times, however, a successor has reportedly been in the works. According to some case makers, it appears that Apple could launch the iPhone SE 2 as soon as next month. All we have known so far is the handset will continue to use TouchID once again. Nevertheless, the SE 2 will follow in the footsteps of the company’s newer devices.
By that we mean they will remove the 3.5mm headphone jack altogether, which should also allow Apple to slim down the smartphone. Furthermore, the SE 2 could also switch out the aluminium construction of its predecessor in favour of the latest glass build. Now let’s take a closer look at its specs! First, Apple iPhone SE 2 specs include 4.0 inches screen (640 x 1136 pixels resolution). Additionally, Apple iPhone SE 2 is going to run on the Apple A10 Bionic chipset and iOS 11.3.
In terms of the storage, the phone comes with 2GB RAM and 32GB/ 128GB ROM (no card slot). Also, Apple iPhone SE 2 camera sports a 12MP primary snapper and a 1.2MP selfie shooter. Lastly, its battery draws a smaller 1700mAh capacity.
