Budget HTC One X10 Coming: 5.5″, Fingerprint Scanner
The budget HTC One X10 is coming. New leaks have confirmed the design and price of this new device. Let’s take a look and find out more about it!
Budget HTC One X10: 5.5″, Fingerprint Scanner
Early in January, Evan Blass posted a tweet about the budget HTC One x10. According to him, this new device will be unveiled some time in the first quarter. Now we have more information from Weibo confirming its existence. The phone is designed to target emerging markets like India just like the One X9. Design-wise, One X10 looks completely different from the One X9.
As seen in the images, the phone appears to have a unibody aluminum design with a fingerprint sensor on the back and navigation buttons at the bottom. As for the budget HTC One X10 specs, it will feature a 5.5″ FHD display with a MediaTek MT6755 1.9GHz octa-core processor, Mali-T860 GPU, 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM. On the back of the device is a 16MP camera with dual-LED flash, while on the front is an 8MP shooter. One downside of the back camera is its position, which may caused lens scratch after being used for a while.
That’s all the information so far about the budget HTC One X10. However, the post on Weibo has clarified a lot of information about this new phone. Everything matches exactly what Blass has posted on Twitter, so we can be sure this is the final product and will be released soon.
Budget HTC One X10: Price and Release Date
The release date for the phone has not been confirmed yet. However, we may see it at MWC 2017 this month. As for its price tag, the post on Weibo stated the retail price was 1200 yuan ~ $175 ~ RM. 780. HTC has not yet responded to the post but this is likely to be the final price.
