As you know, Samsung has been working on Project Valley to create a new smartphone called foldable display phone. This technology will be installed in next year’s product of Samsung. As Bloomberg’s report, there will be not one but two foldable devices produced in South Korea. They have been working on this project for about 2 years. Now, let’s take a look at the 2 foldable phones. In the first look, they are just a bit similar to Galaxy W (2016). According to the report, they have different designs. The first is a 5-inch device that can be folded like a cosmetic compact. Meanwhile, the other sports an 8-inch screen that can be folded to 5-inch size. The previous report hinted that “Galaxy X” could possibly be the name of this new series.
In the smartphone market, Samsung might be the first brand to make foldable display phones. As reported, the Korean brand is also preparing for flexible smartphones next year.
