Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus goes official: 5.5″, 4,000mAh
Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus is the new member to join Huawei’s family of mid-range smartphones line-up. However, it certainly stands out among its siblings. It has a 5.5″ screen, larger than the previous Enjoy phones (only capped at 5.0″). However, it still only has a low resolution of 720p. The design is, in most part, look very similar to the Enjoy 6, but the hardware has some big improvements. A notable one among Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus specs is its battery, which is 4,000mAh in capacity. This will give the phone much better endurance for usage.
On the inside, Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus boasts an Octa-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A53 Snapdragon 435 chipset, with Adreno 505 GPU. This processor will provide a good balance between performance and power-consumption efficiency. Accompanying the processor will be 3GB of RAM, which is plenty for a mid-range smartphone, and is enough for smooth performance. The storage has been doubled, now 32GB, and can even be further expanded with the use of microSD card. This phone sure packs a punch in the mid-range segment.
Not only the core has been improved, the phone also has a new camera set-up as well. At the back, we have a 12MP camera, with autofocus and LED flash, and can shoot 1080p videos at 30fps. For selfies, you can use the 8MP camera on the front. Also, below the camera at the back is the fingerprint sensor, to enhance the phone’s security. Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus will come with Android 7.0 Nougat installed as the OS right out of the box. Last but not least, this phone will also be dual-sim.
Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus: A good mid-range phone
The phone will launch first in China, and then later will go to other markets. Huawei Enjoy 7 Plus price will be CNY 1,600 in China (~$230, or RM. 1013). Price in other countries may increase a little due to tax. What do you think about the phone?
