Huawei Mate X specs
The Mate X is one of the most impressive smartphones of the Chinese company. Now, the brand is set to launch the Mate X phone in September. In case you didn’t know, this device was showcased in February at MWC 2019. According to our sources, the brand extended the release date to make some changes to the screen size of this device. Besides, the Mate X received 3C certification under model number TAH-AN00.
As for the display, the Mate X phone measures in at 8-inch when unfolded. Besides, this phone is 4.6-inch when folded. On the other side, the Huawei foldable smartphone uses a 1.8GHz octa-core Huawei Hisilicon Kirin 980 chipset with Mali-G76 MP10. In addition, this phone comes in 8GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage which can be upgradable up to 1TB via a MicroSD card.
On the software front, the Mate X phone works on Android 9.0 Pie-based EMUI 9.1 as the operating system. How about the optics department? In details, the Mate X camera consists of a 40MP primary sensor (f/1.8. 27mm), an 8MP telephoto sensor (f/2.4), a 16MP ultra-wide snapper (f/2.2), and a TOF 3 camera. It also features Leica optics, dual-LED dual-tone flash, panorama, HDR. For the battery capacity, the Huawei handset is backed by a 4500mAh battery box, along with fast charging as well.
