Huawei Nova is a shining star among mid-range smartphones with 3GB RAM and a large battery. After only one month since its debut, Huawei Nova has a new upgrade with a 4GB RAM version labelled CAZ-AL10. Let’s check it out!
Huawei Nova: newly upgraded RAM
Aiming at younger users, Huawei released their elegant 5-inch phone – the Huawei Nova. The original version of this smartphone packs a 12MP rear camera and a 8 MP selfie camera with faster Hybrid Image focusing. There is also 32GB of on-board storage, expandable by up to 256GB. This version is equipped with 3GB of RAM, a Snapdragon 625 octa-core chipset and an Adreno 506 GPU supporting graphical tasks. Additionally, it has a large Li-ion cell (3020 mAh) with fast charging feature via its USB-C port.
In the new variant of Nova, Huawei seems to focus on upgrading the RAM to target a higher market range. That being said, the phone comes with 4GB RAM and the same 32GB ROM that is also expandable by up to 256GB. Moreover, it is stated to support LTE-A, with up to 300 Mbps download speed. The new variant of Huawei Nova has been launched in China, with black and white color options. Other than those, camera features, battery as well as the rest of the specs remain the same. The international release date for this version is still unknown.
Huawei Nova is a very capable mid-range phone providing high RAM, large battery, back side fingerprint sensor with metallic rims and rear. In spite of not being a flagship, this new version can satisfy most of users’ needs with the combination of powerful specs and an elegant all-metal design.
