Recently, Huawei has been actively developing its highly anticipated P70 series smartphones, which are the successors of the successful P60 series. According to many sources, the release date may be earlier than originally anticipated, possibly in March. In accordance with the new information, the Huawei P70 series specs will come with a 6.7-inch diagonal Quad-Curved OLED panel on the front with a 1.5K resolution. 

Further, all that hardware will draw power from a high-density 5000mAh battery. Additionally, the Kirin 9010 chipset will likely be at the heart of the upcoming series. Regarding storage, the Huawei P70 should offer different options, including 128GB/ 8GB RAM, 256GB/ 8GB RAM, and 512GB/ 8GB RAM (expandable to 256GB). Meanwhile, the Huawei P70 Pro is going to arrive in 256GB 8GB RAM, 256GB/ 12GB RAM, and 512GB/ 12GB RAM (expandable to 256GB). As for the operating system, these handsets run on the HarmonyOS 4.1 version.

What about the Huawei P70 series camera department? The Huawei P70 series cameras will come with a triple-camera setup at the back. Generally, the trio of back cameras will be arranged in an unorthodox triangle formation. Noteworthily, the main is rumored to be OmniVision’s 50MP OV50H shooter with variable aperture 1/1.3″ sensor size and 1.2µm pixels. However, the resolution of the other sensors is uncertain. It seems that Huawei plans to use both the 1/1.3-inch OV50H sensor and the larger 1.02-inch IMX989 sensor across different models in the series. Also, the ultrawide camera is expected to get an upgrade over the Huawei P60 series. Moreover, some tipsters guess that Huawei might sport a 13MP front-facing selfie camera.
