1. Asus Zenfone 3 Monarch

This brand-new member of the Zenfone 3 family is the first device to appear on our list of latest 6GB RAM smartphones. Zenfone 3 Monarch not only arrives with an impressive 6GB RAM but also carries a Snapdragon 820 chipset under the hood. This combination will no doubt result in extraordinary performance even while multi-tasking.

More than that, this phone even houses a huge internal storage: 256GB. For photography, users will never be disappointed with its 23MP main camera, which is assisted by PDAF, laser autofocus and dual LED flash. Other Asus Zenfone 3 Monarch specs include an 8MP selfie snapper, a 3000mAh battery and especially a 5.7-inch 2k display. Asus Zenfone 3 Monarch price is currently $750 (RM. 3100).

2. Extreme Umi Plus

There is an “Extreme” variant of Umi Plus. This variant comes with 6GB RAM and a 2.3GHz octa-core Helio P20 chipset. Besides, this phone is also announced to run the latest Android OS: Android 7 Nougat. Other Umi Plus specs for this “Extreme” edition are the same as the original one: 5.5-inch display with full HD resolution, 4000mAh battery with quick charge, 13MP main camera, 8MP front-facing shooter and 32GB of internal memory which can be extended up to 256GB. Umi Plus price for this version is not confirmed yet. For your information, the original version only costs around USD 250 (RM 1040).

3. Huawei Mate 9

The next device on this list of latest 6GB RAM smartphones is Huawei Mate 9. This phone has been completely leaked with full specifications. To be more specific, there will be an octa-core 2.6GHz Hisilicon Kirin 960 chipset and a 6-inch full HD display. There will be three variants in terms of memory: 4GB RAM/64GB ROM, 4GB RAM/128GB ROM and 6GB RAM/256GB ROM. Other Huawei Mate 9 specs will include a 12MP dual camera (PDAF, dual LED flash), a 8MP selfie snapper, 256GB of removable storage and Android 7 Nougat. Huawei Mate 9 price is expected to be around $560 (RM. 2350).

4. LeEco Le Pro 3

We cannot talk about latest 6GB RAM smartphones without mentioning this beast. LeEco Le Pro 3 has just been launched lately with Snapdragon 821 chipset (2×2.35 GHz & 2×1.6 GHz) and 4 variants of memory: 4GB RAM/32GB ROM, 4GB RAM/64GB ROM, 6GB RAM/64GB ROM and 6GB RAM/128GB ROM. Another highlight of this phone is the 4070mAh battery. Other LeEco Le Pro 3 specs are impressive as well: 16MP main camera, 8MP front shooter and 5.5-inch full HD display. LeEco Le Pro 3 price ranges from $350 to $400 (RM. 1450 to RM. 1660).

5. Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus

Last but not least, we have Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus. This is one of most powerful and latest 6GB RAM smartphones in the market. There are two memory versions: one with 4GB RAM/64GB ROM and the other with 6GB RAM/128GB ROM. In terms of photography, users are offered with 12MP dual camera with phase detection autofocus, as well as dual LED flash. Another highlight of this phone is the new fingerprint sensing technology: just tap everywhere on the screen and your fingerprint is detected! Other Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus specs include a 4MP selfie shooter, a huge 5.7-inch display, a 3800mAh battery and especially SND 821 chipset. Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus price is around $415 (RM 1720).
