Lenovo Moto Modz is the first “Windroid” smartphone ever
Lenovo will launch the new device named Lenovo Moto Modz later this year, along with a new Operating System. This OS is reported to be the first one ever that features both Android and Windows. Wow, let’s check!
Lenovo Moto Modz – The first smartphone to feature “Windroid” OS?
According to the latest reports, Lenovo Moto Modz will come with an octa-core 1.8GHz processor and Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset. The phone also sports a 5.5-inch display which supports 2k resolution. For photography. you have a combo of 21MP main camera, paired with 13MP selfie cameras. As for the memory, Lenovo Moto Modz is powered by a 4GB RAM and 32GB ROM (expandable). The Modz battery reaches 3500mAh capacity, which provide up to 40 hours standby.
So overall Lenovo Moto Modz specs are quite impressive. But the main reason why this device has drawn lots of attention is the OS. According to some photos and information revealed on Weibo lately, this brand is developing an OS that is built from both Windows and Android (or maybe they’ve developed it ALREADY). What makes people curious is that the phone in the photos looks exactly like the leaked Lenovo Moto Modz. So it’s possible that the new OS will be featured in this handset!
However, Microsoft has very strong connection with Facebook and Twitter, but these two social networks are blocked in China. Hence, if Lenovo decides to feature Windows in Lenovo Moto Modz, the brand must have made some special deals with the government. And this makes it even more mysterious!
Lenovo Moto Modz – the game-changing phone of Lenovo?
Lenovo Moto Modz release date is expected to be at the end of this year, and there hasn’t been any information about Lenovo Moto Modz price yet! If all rumours turn true, Lenovo will be the first brand ever to invent a “Windroid” smartphone and the second brand in China to produce Windows phones. So let’s wait and see if this phone will become a blockbuster or a flop
