LG V30s: LG Lens, Dual cam and 3300mAh battery!

Previously, we came across the information that LG is going to introduce one new flagship handset at their MWC 2018 tech show. At first, many fans thought it is the LG G7 beast, but LG has quickly denied the claim. According to the latest report, there is a high chance that the next LG smartphone appearing at the February event is the LG V30s. In details, this LG phone is an advanced variant of the duo LG V30 and V30 Plus with some impressive specs in photography and storage.

In term of the display, LG V30s specs sport a 6-inch FullVision OLED display with QHD+ resolution (1440 x 2880 pixels). Under the hood, it is going to take power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset. Regarding the storage, LG V30s has 4GB RAM and 256GB ROM, which is expandable up to another 256GB via microSD. The V30s has a much more significant internal storage than LG V30 with 64GB and V30 Plus with 128GB. Moreover, LG V30s is going to run on the latest Android 8.0 Oreo OS.

On the other hand, the LG V30s comes with a much more advanced photography system. Firstly, LG V30s camera set up includes a dual 16MP (f/1.6, 1 µm, 3-axis OIS, PDAF) rear snapper. There is also another 5MP (f/2.2, 1/5″, 1.12 µm) selfie shooter. Secondly, LG is going to equip this handset with their unique LG Lens. The LG Lens brings with its the AI capabilities to the device’s camera. Besides, it will list the similar products and others with similar pricing. On the other hand, LG Lens comes with support for QR code and barcode recognition. Moreover, LG Lens also supports foreign language translation. With the help of GPS, LG Lens can calculate the real-time location of the users and give information related to surrounding places as well based on the direction and angle of the camera.
