Meizu M3 Max: 64GB, 6” display
The Chinese smartphone maker launched its Meizu M3 in September 2016. It is a nice mid-range phone with great specs and features. Let’s have a look at it.

Design-wise, the Meizu M3 Max comes with a simple, minimalistic design and feels very comfortable and sleek when you hold it in your hand. With its 6-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels at a PPI of 368 pixels per inch it is rather a phablet than a smartphone. However, Meizu’s handset weighs 189 g and measures 163.4 x 81.6 x 7.9 mm.
Under the hood, you can find an 1GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor and it comes with 3GB of RAM combined with packs 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. The Meizu M3 Max runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow paired with Meizu’s FlyMe OS and is powered by a powerful 4100mAh non- removable battery. Additionally, it is a dual SIM smartphone with connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 3G and 4G.
In terms of photography, the Meizu M3 Max packs a 13-megapixel rear-camera which comes with a F/2.2 aperture, phase detection autofocus, dual-tone LED flash. At the front, there is a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies. All in all, nice camera specs. Nothing special, but it is ok for conventional photos.

The Meizu M3 Max is available in beautiful colors such as silver, grey, gold and rose gold, and you can buy it for 1699 yuan ($252). In general, we can say that on the one hand this phone comes with a very nice software, a powerful battery and beautiful design but on the other hand this smartphone unfortunately is not doing well in performance and has a poor camera quality.
