New Xiaomi Mi 6 leak shows no headphone jack!

There have been a lot of reports and speculations about the new Xiaomi Mi 6. A new Xiaomi Mi 6 leak has just surfaced recently. Some pictures showing the allegedly new Xiaomi flagship has been shown in China’s social media website Weibo. These pictures indicate that the Xiaomi Mi 6 will not have the 3.5mm headphone jack. Also, it also shows that among the 2 versions of the phone, the smaller one will only have 2.5D curved panel, while the bigger one will feature a full curved display. These claims still need verification.

While the standard headphone jack is omitted, the phone will use the USB C port, which is similar to what other reports have suggested. The bottom of the smartphone will have two speaker grills, a shown in the picture. Previous reports have shown that the phone will sport a 5.15″ OLED screen with a Full HD resolution. It will be powered by the powerful SND 835 chipset, with Aredno 540 GPU. Accompanying that will be 4 or 6GB of RAM, along with 64/128GB of internal storage. This phone will be a powerhouse in terms of performance.

Other Xiaomi Mi 6 specs reports also indicate that the phone will have a dual camera set-up. It includes a 12MP lens and the other 8MP, with OIS and phase detection autofocus. The front camera is supposedly an 8MP lens. Regarding the battery, there have been many speculations, but all of them agree that it will support QuickCharge 4.0. The phone will come with Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box, coated by the enhanced Xiaomi;s MIUI 9. This is a phone to look forward to!
