Galaxy Note 7: exchange or refund
After the Galaxy Note 7 explosion incidents, Samsung has proven to everyone that they are one of the best smartphone brands in customer service. After recalling Note 7 for the second time, the head of Samsung bowed and apologized in front of the press. In addition, this Korean brand also compensates to their customers. In Malaysia, Samsung gives their customers two options: refund or exchange. If you chose the “exchange” resolution, you will have a Galaxy S7 Edge. If you are bought the phone screen warranty and you choose the “exchange” option, this warranty will be applied for S7 Edge.
