Under the hood, Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S is going to run on the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset while OnePlus 5T uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835. Xiaomi flagship includes 6GB RAM and 256GB ROM (no card slot). Meanwhile, OnePlus 5T has 6GB/ 8GB RAM with 64GB/ 128GB ROM (expandable to 256GB). Since both handsets have the Android 8.0 Oreo, Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S wins for stronger performance thanks to the powerful chipset.

In terms of optics, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S camera comes with a single 16MP snapper on the back while the front-facing shooter has 5MP for taking selfies. Otherwise, OnePlus 5T camera system features dual 16MP + 20MP snapper on the back and a 16MP secondary snapper. OnePlus 5T rocks a 3300mAh battery while the Mi MIX 2s battery rocks a 4000mAh juice box. As a result, OnePlus provides better cameras module while Xiaomi has better energy box.
