OnePlus Two launch event: The first Virtual Reality event ever!
OnePlus Two is going to be released at 10AM, 28 July 2015 (Malaysia Time). It will be the first global VR launch event ever, ending the days of waiting and guessing how it looks like and what the phone is capable of. Of course we have been informed some specs as well as special features of OnePlus Two through teasers, photos, videos, etc., but this time, we can see it in person.
In order to watch the live event, you download the VR Launch app available for Android and enjoy the whole show with a VR Cardboard. If you don’t have one, let’s make one yourself or you totally can view the Cardboard-free launch version via the app.
So far, we have collected quite much information about OnePlus Two specs. It is anticipated to own a 5.5″ Quad HD screen, Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor, 4GB LPDDR4 RAM, a 3,300mAh battery, a 13MP main and a 8MP secondary camera.
Apart from those basic details, some new things are also announced. They are the reversible USB Type C connector, a physical home button with a fingerprint scanner, and especially, it will be running on OnePlus‘s latest OxygenOS that is based on Android M, which is absolutely ahead of anyone else. Nonetheless, during the launch event, OnePlus Two is said to run on Android Lollipop instead.
