The OPPO Reno 13 series is apparently in development, and facts regarding its characteristics have just surfaced online. Another batch of facts has leaked online, supposedly regarding the OPPO Reno 13 Pro’s specs. The new OPPO phones will supersede the Reno 12 series, which debuted in China earlier this year in May. The Reno 13 Pro may support both 80W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging.

It will also include increased dust and water resistance, maybe with an IP68/69 classification. The Reno 12 Pro has an IP65 certification. There isn’t much information available regarding the OPPO Reno 13 Pro, and what we do know is based on guesswork. The new Reno series, like previous generations, is slated to have two phones: the Reno 13 Pro and the Reno 13.

OPPO has a short launch cycle for the Reno series, with a five-month gap. So, the Reno 13 series may debut next month or at the end of 2024. Regarding the design, OPPO Reno 13 Pro specs feature a 6.7-inch OLED with a 1080 x 2412 pixels resolution. Under the hood, the Oppo device accepts power from the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Energy SoC. On the other side, the Oppo smartphone is available in 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Expansion is possible with up to 12GB/ 16GB of virtual RAM and a microSD slot (up to 1TB). Optics-wise, OPPO Reno 13 Pro cameras boot a triple 50MP primary lens + 50MP ultrawide shooter + 50MP telephoto at the rear. Back to front, this device has a 50MP front lens for enhanced selfie photos.
