Samsung Galaxy S8 display: the best of any phone

The new Samsung Galaxy S8 and its brother S8+ are coming soon this April 21. Meanwhile, their screens have been rated as “the best ever on a smartphone”. The result was announced by DisplayMate Technologies. The two Galaxy S8 and S8+ offer super AMOLED displays with a 2K resolution (1440 x 2960 pixels). The gorgeous full screens with curves are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The new design with physical home button removed definitely adds more effects to the display and allows accurate color representation.

The DisplayMate company said: “It has many major and important state-of-the-art display performance enhancements, features and functions, with mobile OLED display technology now advancing faster than ever. The Galaxy S8 is the most innovative and high-performance smartphone display that we have ever lab tested. This is obviously a good news for Samsung, but Apple must be happier with the result. The US technology company is very likely to equip its coming iPhone 8 with this “best S8 display” after placing an order of 70 million Samsung OLED panels last week. Samsung fans should be proud of the contract between the two smartphone giants. As the Galaxy S8 and S8+ will surely arrive before the iPhone 8 with so many outstanding features, Samsung is looking forward to winning the market share back soon.
