It’s funny how Samsung’s been leaving all of us with countless rumours and leaks about Samsung Galaxy Note 7 and went on announcing another product. Samsung Galaxy Wide has just made its debut yesterday, along with some remarkable specs. This phone houses a 5.5-inch HD display which features AMOLED technology. Galaxy Wide is also powered by a nice CPU including Snapdragon 410 chipset clocked at 1.2GHz.
As for the memory, Samsung Galaxy Wide offers 2GB of RAM, which is nice for a budget smartphone. Besides, this phone supports 16GB of ROM, but you can add more space via a microSD card. A 3000mAh battery is also available to take care of the phone’s energy. Moreover, there is a 13MP camera on the back and a 5MP front snapper which is particularly designed for selfie purpose!
Samsung Galaxy Wide runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow – the latest available OS from Android. The phone also feature T-DMB – a technology that allows users to watch digital television on their own devices. One interesting information about this phone is that its code name is SM-G600S – exactly the same as Samsung Galaxy On7 code name. Their specs are also quite similar to each other. So is Galaxy Wide another variant of Galaxy On7?

Also on the launch day, Samsung Galaxy Wide price was announced to be RM 1100 in Korea. The phone is expected to hit the Korean market within the next few weeks.
