Samsung produces 5 millions Galaxy S7 and S7 edge in their initial production!
Lately, South Korea’s Electronic Times has reported that Samsung will go with 5 million units of their upcoming smartphones Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge in the initial production. This is kind of a great number, also showing the company is very confident that their products will attract a lot of people. Specifically, there will be 3.3 million Galaxy S7 handsets and 1.6 million S7 edge ones.
However, it is important to note that the flagships will not be completely new models. In other words, they are simply upgraded and improved versions of Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 edge, which reminds us of the way Apple has been doing with their iPhones. Spec-wise, many consumers are looking forward to a touch sensitive display built on both the Galaxy S7 and the Galaxy S7 edge.
Regarding the Samsung Galaxy S7 release date, some rumors mentioned that the S7 phones would be launched at the CES conference held in January 2016 while others said it would be at the MWC in February 2016. But now, China Mobile has raised their voice to announce Samsung will present the duo in March 2016. So, let’s wait and see!
