Sony Xperia L1 finally going Global this June: Android Nougat, 5.5”
The budget smartphone Sony Xperia L1 made its way to the USA roughly one month ago. However, other markets still had to wait for a while to finally get the chance to have this smartphone. Now, the wait is almost over. Starting this week, the phone is available in many European countries. By the end of June, the phone is going to be available worldwide. Only a little more, and you can get your hands on this budget phone from Sony.
Being a budget option, it is no surprise that Sony Xperia L1 specs are not that impressive. Under the hood, there is the 1.45GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737T processor, alongside 2GB of RAM for support in performance. There is nothing fancy there, but it provides decent performance. There is also 16GB of internal storage, which you can further expand via a micro SD card. There is also a 2620mAh battery inside the phone. Overall, it is quite nice for a budget option.
Outside, the phone sports a large 5.5-inch display at a resolution of 720p (HD). Sony Xperia L1 camera is also quite decent. It has a 13MP lens at the rear, which serves as the primary camera with LED flash, plus a 5MP front snapper for selfies. Despite being a budget smartphone, it still runs the latest Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS. There are two versions of this phone: single SIM, and dual SIM. You can choose the model based on your needs.
