Spec-wise, it features a handy 5.0-inch HD screen, a quad-core 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6735P processor, 16GB of ROM (expandable up to 32GB), and 2GB of RAM. Huawei Mate S2: 4GB RAM, 2K display, 20MP cam and…
Huawei Mate S launch happened in September 2015 and then receive much positive feedback from consumers. Therefore, obviously a Huawei Mate S2 is a great idea for Huawei in 2016 and the one you are seeing is an extremely potential design. It was made by Hasan Kaymak and perhaps somewhat inspired by HTC models. Looking closer, we notice a metallic rounded unibody, an USB Type-C port, and super slim bezels around the display.
Spec-wise, it is very likely that Huawei will equip their second Mate S with a Quad HD resolution instead of the original’s Full HD. This will completely become a plus for the S2 and help it compete better with other machines. In addition, probably awesome specifications such as Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, a 20MP rear shooter, 4GB of RAM, and a massive battery capable of 4,000mAh will be on board as well.
On the other hand, some features like Kirin 935 chip paired with Mali-T628 MP4 GPU, 32/64/128GB of internal storage (expandable up to 128GB), 5.5-inch AMOLED screen, Force Touch tech, 8MP selfie camera and dual SIM are totally fine to be retained in the new device. Well, if so, Huawei Mate S2 will be one of the coolest products Huawei has ever made.
Huawei Mate S2 price and availability
Despite no official words from the manufacturer made for Huawei Mate S2 launch, we really hope that they will take the Hasan Kaymak’s Huawei Mate S2 design into consideration since it is so elegant and special. In terms of cost, we predict that $700 can be the possible price tag. What would you say?

Huawei company ranked third in the world, after Apple and Samsung while Sony…
A recent report has announced that Huawei company is ranked the third largest smartphone manufacturer in the world, just right after Samsung Electronics and Apple Inc…
Huawei – Third place in the world and number one in China
Not long ago, a Taiwan market research and analysis firm called TrendForce released a report showing the current situation of the global smartphone market in 2015. This is like a summary to see what manufacturer did well after all. Accordingly, 1,292 billion handsets were sold last year, increasing 10.3 percent compared to the sale of 2014. Furthermore, people can easily notice the strong participation of many Chinese smartphone makers.
They were able to ship 539 million units globally in 2015 and Huawei to replace Lenovo to be the third largest smartphone manufacturer all over the world, after Samsung and Apple. Specifically, Huawei delivered more than 100 million handsets last year, accounting for 8.4% of global sales and obviously beating Xiaomi to be number one in China. Though, Xiaomi also did pretty well with 5.6% of global sales. The fifth place belonged to Lenovo with 5.4% and then LG, TCL, OPPO, BBK and ZTE filled in the blank to finish the top 10.
One thing which is kind of shocked to us is that Sony did not appear in the top 10. They were ranked eighth in 2014, but in 2015, they could not stay there anymore. It seems like the flagship Sony Xperia Z5 and its variants could not help much. Hopefully, this year the firm will have a right strategy to get back on track.
What will Huawei bring consumers in 2016?
We bet that Huawei will try even more to keep the position and as a result, we will be welcoming many great products in the near future. Right now, we are looking forward to their flagships including Huawei P9 with a gorgeous package of specs. Yet, how about you? What are expecting from Huawei? Share with us!
