The biggest phone maker also releases its new phone under Nexus brand: Samsung Nexus S. The phone comes with 4.0 inches Super AMOLED screen which is set in 480 x 800 resolution. Under the hood, there is a 16GB RAM and 512MP RAM. Other Samsung Nexus S specs include a 5MP main camera and 1500mAH. As for  Samsung Nexus S price, it costs under $100. It’s a very affordable price!
