6. Vivo Xplay 5

It has been confirmed to be the world’s first 6GB RAM handset and will feature a Snapdragon 820 chip and Hi-Fi 3.0 for sure. Other Vivo Xplay 5 specs are expected to be a 6.0-inch 2K display, a package of 16MP primary plus 8MP selfie camera, a big 4,300mAh battery, and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS. Although they have not been claimed by the company yet, we just need to wait a bit more as Vivo Xplay 5 launch will occur on March 1, 2016.
