Xiaomi Mi 5C leaked: 5.5 inch, 3GB and more
As you might know, the Chinese manufacturer is working on its own chipset for mobile devices. Now, Xiaomi has announced to officially introduce its in-house delevoped octa-core processor called Pinecone on February 28 in Peking together with its latest phone, the Xiaomi Mi 5C. With this SoC the company is entering the league of manufactures with its own chipsets – to Samsung, Apple and Huawei.
Many popular benchmarking databases now reveal and confirm some specs of Xiaomi’s upcoming handset. As per the listing on GFXBench, Xiaomi Mi 5c will feature a 5.5-inch full HD display with the resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels along with 5 finger gesture support. Under the hood, the device will be powered by 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 octa-Core processor.
As for memory, the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 5C is going to sport 3GB RAM combined with 64GB of internal storage is going to run on Android 7.1.1. In terms of camera, it will feature a 12MP camera on the back with autofocus, face detection, touch focus and LED flash paired with a 7MP front snapper for selfies. Moreover, Xiaomi’s “Meri” will be fueled by a 3200mAh juice pack.

The price is expected to be around 1499 Yuan ~ 14640 Rs, but will be official when Xiaomi is going to introduce its “Meri”.
