Prior information has suggested that the device will feature Sony’s IMX386 sensor. However, new rumors have stated that the phone won’t be using this sensor. Instead, it will be equipped by Sony IMX400 sensor. The one that the new Sony Xperia XZ features, and which Sony has announced just a month ago. That means, Xiaomi Mi 6 Phone’s primary camera could come with 18 megapixels and is able to record videos in 960 frames per second! How cool is it?
According to other rumors, the Chinese Phone maker is planning to offer Mi 6 in two variant: perhaps a Mi 6 and a Mi 6 Plus.The first comes with 5.15 inch display, the latter offers 5.7 inches. Like the iPhone 7 Plus, Xiaomi will equip the larger version with dual cam. Let’s wait and see! Mi 6 is expected to be announced next month.
Under the hood, both variants will be packed by a octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 mobile processor. In terms of memory, the smaller 5.15-inch Mi 6 is tipped to pack 4GB of RAM + 32GB of internal memory, while the 5.7-inch Mi 6 Plus is expected to offer4GB of RAM + 64GB of native storage with an eleagnt ceramic-body design . As for other specs, both phones are going to be fueled by a 3200 mAh battery.

Like many suspected, the upcoming Mi 6 will be officially released on April 16 in China. As for the price, the phone is expected to be sold around CNY 1999 ($290) for the 4 GB of RAM + 32 GB of ROM version while the Plus variant (6GB of RAM + 64GB is available for CNY 2500 ($365).
