Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Pro – The most powerful smartphone so far from Xiaomi?
For those who haven’t know, Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Pro has been leaked before. Reports have shown that this phone will run the Snapdragon 821 chipset. There will be two variants of memory: 4GB RAM/64GB ROM and 6GB RAM/128GB ROM. For photography, it is hinted that Mi Pro will arrive with a 12MP camera with Sony or Samsung sensor technology. Moreover, it could possibly carry a 5.7-inch quad-HD display and a 3700mAh battery.
However, according to the latest leak, which is a screenshot of the “About phone” section, Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Pro will come with a 8GB RAM. About the chipset, this source shares the same information with the ones we have collected before: Snapdragon 821 chipset clocked at 2.6GHz! We are not sure if this is a premium version of Mi Note 2 Pro or it is the official one. One more detail is that this upcoming Xiaomi phone will run Android 7 Nougat out of the box!
So based on what we have known so far, Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Pro will be the first smartphone ever to house a 8GB RAM under the hood! Besides this phone, there are also leaks about Xiaomi Mi Note 2 and Xiaomi Mi Note Edge. These phones are also reported to pack Snapdragon 821 chipset. However, they may only come with 4GB/6GB RAM versions.
