There is news for Mi fans, those who care about Xiaomi’s products, or who want to have a good smartphone under RM800. After predicting and listening to many things about the Xiaomi’s new comer Mi4i, finally, we know the exact day to see the real Xiaomi Mi4i Malaysia. The phone was launched in New Delhi last month and recently, Xiaomi has just given out invitations to the media to attend a special preview of Mi4i on May 21, 2015 in Malaysia. This also means that Xiaomi Mi4i Malaysia is likely to be available for consumers in the last week of May or at least at the beginning of June.

Let us remind you a bit of what Mi4i is going to bring on stage.

Xiaomi Mi4i Malaysia Specs:

Mi4i is a 5-inch Full HD display (1920×1080, 441ppi). It  is powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor with four main cores at 1.7GHz, and 1.1GHz for the lower powered cores. Besides, it will come with a combo of a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front shooter with “beautify” feature helping users make their selfies better. Some other specs of Mi4i include dual-SIM 4G, Wi-Fi, GPS connectivity, 2GB RAM and 16GB of storage without microSD card slot. This may not be good news for people who would like to expand the storage in order to keep their favorite pictures, videos, etc.

On the other hand, there is also no 32GB or 64GB Mi4i version, which can be a minus for Xiaomi Mi4i. In terms of operating system, Mi4i is equipped with Android Lollipop 5.0, running MIUI 6 skin on top. And one last thing that makes this device a strong competitor is its extremely large 3,120mAh battery with a quick charge feature able to provide 40 percent battery life in 1-hour charge and a full charge in 3 hours.

Xiaomi Mi4i Malaysia Price:

It might be less expensive than most of other Xiaomi phones though there’s still no official announcement of how much the Mi4i costs in Malaysia. However, looking at Mi4i prices in other countries’ markets, we expect that the device can be around RM750 or less than RM800.
